Pick a time, and we’ll call you.
A short, no-pressure conversation about home care options for Tennessee energy workers.
You don’t need to prepare anything, and you don’t need your paperwork in front of you. We’ll ask about the situation, tell you what we can and can’t do, and answer your questions.
What to expect
The call takes about 15 minutes.
We’ll talk about:
- Who needs care, and what kind of help is needed day to day
- Whether the Department of Labor has accepted a condition (and what to do if you’re not sure)
- What’s available at your address — nonmedical care, skilled nursing, or both
- What your treating physician’s role is in getting care authorized
- What the next step would be, if there is one
We will not ask you for:
- Your Social Security number
- Your claim number
- Your medical records or diagnoses in detail
- A photo of your benefits card
And to be clear: this call does not determine whether you’re eligible, does not authorize any care, and does not start services. It’s a conversation.
Request your call
We’ll reach out during the window you picked. We’re open Monday to Friday, 8am–6pm Central — if you’re in East Tennessee that’s 9am–7pm your time. Prefer to call us? 901-430-9186.
Before you ask for a call
Will this be a sales call?
It’s an information call. We’ll tell you what we do, where we do it, and what we can’t do. If we can’t help — wrong county for the service you need, no accepted condition yet — we’ll say so and point you somewhere better.
What if I don’t know whether DOL has accepted a condition?
Ask for the call anyway. Not knowing is one of the most common reasons people call. We’ll explain how to find out, and if the answer turns out to be “not yet,” we’ll tell you who to talk to.
Who’s going to call me?
A member of our intake team. Caller ID will show 901-430-9186.
What if I miss the call?
We’ll leave a brief voicemail and try again. We won’t call repeatedly or leave messages about your health — just that we’re returning your request.
Can my daughter be on the call?
Yes, and it’s often a good idea. Tell us who should be included and we’ll arrange it.
Do I have to decide anything?
No. Nothing is decided on the call. If you want to go further, the next step is a separate, private intake conversation — and even that doesn’t authorize care. Only the Department of Labor does that.
