Do not contact me
Tell us to stop and we will. You do not have to give a reason, and it will not affect any care you receive.
The quickest ways
Call us
Say you would rather not be contacted. That is enough — we will not ask you to justify it.
Reply to a message
Reply STOP to any text, or use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email.
Both work straight away.
Or use this form
Give us the email address or phone number you would like us to stop using. One is enough; you can give both if we might hold both.
What happens next
-
We stop.
Your request is applied to our systems, and you are removed from every marketing sequence.
-
A person checks it.
Someone confirms it was applied correctly and to the right record, within one business day.
-
We keep a record of the request itself.
We have to keep a note that you asked us to stop — that is what prevents you being contacted again by mistake. We are not keeping it to market to you.
One thing to be aware of
If you are currently receiving care from us, choosing “everything” also stops messages about your care — schedule changes, a caregiver running late, visit confirmations. Most people in that situation want marketing only, so the service messages keep coming.
Not sure? Call 901-430-9186 and we will sort it out with you.
This does not affect your care
Asking us to stop contacting you has no bearing on care you receive, care you may receive in future, or anything to do with your Department of Labor benefits. It is not held against you, and you can change your mind at any time.
